1.2 The Provider takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and complies with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The following statement provides you with an overview of how the Provider ensures this protection and what type of data is collected for what purpose.

The Provider does not automatically collect or store information.
Personal data is only collected, processed and used in the context of using the Website as described below. Personal data is all individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person (not included: legal entities, such as a GmbH or AG). Personal data primarily includes information such as a person’s name, address, email address or professional circumstances.
4.1 The Provider collects, processes and stores your personal data when you communicate this data to the Provider as part of an inquiry or other contact (e.g. by email or telephone). In the context of the above-mentioned interaction with you, the data required for this purpose is collected. In addition, further data may be requested that is helpful for consultation and needs-based information; however, providing this data is voluntary and will be marked accordingly. The Provider uses the data you have provided to process your inquiries or for contract processing. So that you do not have to repeatedly communicate the same information to the Provider in the event of inquiries or ongoing treatments, it stores this information for as long as it is needed to clarify the inquiry or the client relationship. Data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR if it serves contract processing or pre-contractual measures.
